"How much water should you drink in a day?" It depends on your activity level, age, size and gender. While the "drink eight glasses a day" myth has been around for a while, there's no evidence that eight glasses is optimal for normal people. http://www.factsmart.org/h2o/h2o.htm Additionally, there's no direct biological need for straight water alone- you can get your water from any beverage or food source. It's possible then, that a healthy person could consume all of their fluid from milk, tea, juice, sports drinks and fruit- not requiring any plain drinking water. As long as you take care to consume enough fluids, especially if you are elderly, performing strenuous exercise, or in a hot region, you should be fine drinking however much you feel like drinking. While too much water can be fatal, you'd have to consume well over a gallon in a very short time (less than an hour) to be in a risky zone. Assuming you're healthy, your body would naturally send signals that you were full well before any dangerous region. Records of people who have died from drinking too much water indicate that it was as the result of some external pressure (a water-drinking contest or a fraternity hazing event) that caused the person to push themselves past their natural limits. So drink whenever you're thirsty, in a warm area, elderly or exercising. Drinking too much water by mistake is pretty much impossible for a healthy person. So hows it going everyone by the way my teacher told me that you need at least 10.5 glasses of water per day
6 Cups of water a day. A water bottle usually has 2 servings a bottle, so 3 water bottles.
The standard recommendation has always been 8 glasses of water a day. A normal glass is probably 14-18oz. So, if the bottles are 20oz, then 5-7 bottles would fulfill the recommendation.
2.3-2.5 litres (equivalent to 4.5 water bottles)
Drinking a lot of water is just as hazardous to good health as not drinking enough. You don't state why you want to drink warm water?
You would need to drink approximately 3.8 bottles of twenty-ounce water to consume two liters.
The answer depends on the size of the bottles.
About 3 and 1/2 9oz. bottles = 1 32oz. bottle
0.6
You would need to drink 4 bottles of 16.9 fl oz water to get a total of 64 ounces.
Water bottles are recyclableWater bottles are something humans drink out ofYou can put not just water but, many other liquids in a water bottleWater bottles are solids yet they hold liquidsWater bottles have paper wrapped around themIf you drink out of the same water bottle, you can conserve energy and make the world a better place! :)this message was from kels davis.
In my opinion should drink at least 2 a day because it is good for your body and if you exercises everyday it will be even better for your body because you shouldn't deprive your body of fluids.
It takes 6 16 ounce bottles and an additional 2 ounces to equal 98 ounces.
