Oh, what a lovely question! In the 1960s, the cost of a hair comb could vary depending on the material and style. But no matter the price, it's important to remember that taking care of yourself and feeling good is priceless. Just like painting happy little trees, taking care of your appearance can bring joy and confidence to your day.

This is really easy but might take a bit of time. The first thing you need to do is wash your hair. After you wash it and it's a bit dry, take your hair spray, (the one which keeps your hair in a fixed position) and take a comb. So comb your hair until its straight enough (the hair must be still wet if its not wet then your hair will not be straight after you comb it) and take your comb pull your hair down so that it looks straight (don't use too much of your hair, take a part by part) and spray your hair. Do that to the rest of your hair. So yeah that's it.
You back comb it. Careful while doing this because it's quite hard to brush out again. you get a comb but you comb up the hair instead of down. it should split and just keep doing it until it is all frizzy. If you do it too much you can damage your hair.
Black people with very curly hair use a "pick". It's broad in width and has several widely spaced teeth unlike a regular comb. I think they are lucky because they don't have to constantly comb their hair and usually their hair is much healthier than that of Caucasians hair. - I use a pick but also i section my hair into like 6-9 sedction, hols the hair then comb fromthe tips to the root so i don't pull out that much hair - I have a regular comb like anyone else! EXCEPT 4 my brush! Caucasians can use a brush with metal things at the end while black people have to brush with a brush that has bendy things at the end! THAT IS THE BRUSH I USE BECAUSE I'M BLACK AND PROUD!
1. Wash your hair (shampoo DO NOT condition. it stays in way better) 2. Towel dry your hair and wait ten minutes. 3. Open package and dip comb in. 4. Take strand of hair you want to dye and comb as much in as you want. 5. Wait 45 minutes for the lighter colors and about 25 for the darker. But it's whatever works best for you. Try applying heat to the lighter colors. It makes them more vivid. Hope this helped :-)
If it is synthetic, it will probably tangle & there is not much you can do to repair it. If you have (quality) human hair, simply condition & gently comb the tangles out.
Tease it with a brush or a comb! Just a back and forth motion on the hair will give it a much fuller look.
The cost of a Coke in 1960 was five cents, in America.
If a wig has synthetic hair, you can't do much but finger-comb & store it on a wig head at nighttime. Don't treat it like human hair & don't sleep in it. If the wig is human hair, carefully comb & brush it as you would your own.
