Tips are not demanded but extremely appreciated. People tend to tip similar to eating out at a restaurent. Normal percentage ranges from 15-20% of the total cost of the service. Of course, less if service wasnt what you expected. And more if you were quite pleased and would return. Do consider the service though. A waitor comes to your table roughly 4-5 times asking occasionally if something is needed. A nail tech, hair dresser, massage therapist is spending a FULL hour on you, just one on one.
