Soak in soapy hot water, make sure the water doesn't burn your fingers but the hotter the better the effect and the quicker it'll come off. After soaking using a tooth pick to slowly go around the outer edge of the nail. If it is painful as you are pulling it off then continue to soak your nails for a bit longer.
