Most girls follow trends. The very plain fact is that most girls wear Bras not to support but because it's the thing to do. For those of us who do wear bras as support garments, we prefer the front hook ones simply because they are easier to get on. The front hook ones generally are not lacy and frilly; they tend to be very ulitarian but boy! are they comfortable!
So unless you are wearing it for show, buy what is comfortable and supportive and let the other girls wear the frilly stuff...and let them get Cooper's Droop when they are 35.
I have only 1 front hook bra and although i like it i don't think it feels as nice as my back hook bra's. my boobs don't FEEL as supported (whether they are or not OS differant) and my first experience with a front hook bra was very painful. they metal of the underwire came out and as i was rowing it went straight through my skin and into my chest cavity. also i like my boobs to be firmly held to me when i do sports but I'm to vain to use a sports bra because they look odd, so becasue now i won't wear underwired front hook bras they give no support. i also like having the prettty ones, but ones that hold my breasts to my chest (where they should be) and being only thirteen and having 34c breasts (properly fitted) already i want to clamp them down!
