If you are under age and don't have parental consent it's not going to happen. All shops are licensed and inspected they must follow the city bylaws and if the violate the bylaw they loose there license. They are not going to risk a license to piercer a minor. If you do fine a place that will do it they will not be licensed or inspected and the chances of you being hurt are almost assured. Seriously don't be an idiot, see a professional body piercer and a licensed facility, if you can't because you are too young, then you just need to wait like everyone else or get your parents to give there consent.
Don't lie about your health, ask your parents. No professional body piercing studio will pierce any minor without parental consent and proof of I.D.
It doesn't matter what age. If your parents bring you to a piercing parlor for ears, they'll pierce them for you. Which is why even babies are getting their ears pierced. I got mine done when I was four and had to have it redone when I was twelve.
that depend on the place because i try that when i was 12 and they tell me that they don't pierce young people. even when you parents ; sometimes they will say no ( in some places)
NO state, by law in a professional piercing studio will pierce anything onanybody younger than fourteen. Fourteen-17 in SOME shops will do it withparent consent, signature and birth certificates proving guardianship andcustody. Most shops though will not pierce under 16 years of age if theyare professional piercers.
Nowhere professional. You are just wwway too young for any shop to pierce parental consent or no.
Definitely 18. Depending on state, you can get your ear pierced at 16 without consent and other places with, but no piercer can pierce a minor's nipples regardless of consent.
you can be any age to have your ears pierced, a baby can have there ears pierced at 4 months old, but if you younger than 16 your parents do need to be with you... :)
well if you're under 18 you need a parent/guardian with you. but some shops wouldn't pierce me unless i was 16 and with a parent. but i went to another place who did it with my parental consent and i was 15.
they dont pierce it....what an idea.
If you are under 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign some papers and be present when you get the piercings. You must be at least 13 to get your cartilage pierced regardless of a parent's consent. -DO NOT GET IT FROM CLAIRE'S ... claire's pierce with a gun , &if that shatters your cartilage, your gonna go through ALOOOOOT of pain &it causes alot. &your supposed to pierce it with a needle, it wont get infected as easy.
No You Dont Your Parents WillHave To Sign A Agreement Andexcept All terms and conditionsAnd your Parent Will Have toHave A ID to Even Get Your Ears Pierced.
