At 11 you shoudln't have to worry about that, just do a sport, 3 hours a week is considered good and I suppose that counts gym at school. Oh and eating healthy plays a real big part, its not about how much you eat, its what you eat, and most of those famous wonder diets are usually frauds and if they work some of them can have serious side effects
