With my hair i have to get in the shower first wash my hair, then get out let it dry make sure everythings dry no wet spots! and DONT use any product in your hair or it will ruin it entirely! and after it is dry then use the straightner and straighten ur hair. i straighten mine from the bottom 1st then work my way up to the top of and 2 my roots. try not 2 burn ur eyes it hurts kind of. and go ovr it once then go ovr it again. and then its straight!
