I would say Hot Topic nail polish is good. It is, of course, not as good as some of the other expensive 6-10 dollar nail polishes out there, but I like Hot Topic nail polish a lot! The only down side to the nail polishes is that if you have tiny fingernails, like myself, the brush is a bit on the large side so it tends to get on your skin if you don't have good control of your hand. Also, sometimes the brush wand will disconnect from the black top. This is just a simple product error. I fixed it will a little dab of super glue--it hasn't given me a trouble since. :-) I have four colors of hot topic nail polish, and I love it! I recommend the neon green, the teal, the silver and the holographic black. Its great--and I love that the nail polish bottles look a little like poison bottle; lol!!
