Honestly no can say it's any good for everyone's skin is different. Let me explain to you what the three steps do, where you can get it, what levels their are, the side effects.
Clinique is allergey tested and 100% fragrance free which is what makes it perfect.
Now here are the 3 steps (keep in mind some skin requires the only 1rst or 2 step)
Clinique mild face soap: This is a liquid gel soap, you can get the bar or pump. The pump is better for normal/dry skin. The soap is better for oily/severe acne skin. Both contain a soother and natural ingredients to clean pores and relax the skin.
Toner: So their are four levels 1 mild 2 oily/normal 3dry/combination 4 severe
1 is for sensative mild acne.
2 is for normal skin with rough or dry blotches on the skin
3 is for oily yet normal acne
4 is for severe combination you can go to you're clinque counter and they will "prescribe" what is right for you're skin or you can go to www.clinique.com and do the evaluationa and order.
Mositurizer: There is the lotion & the gel I recommend the gel for less oily or normal skin, then lotion for dry skin.
Portion: Only use the size of "pea" with the liquid soap and moisturizer.
Only one dip and don't press but glide when applying toner.
