It's actually good. But be sure to use a wide tooth pick, where the bristles are far apart and start at the bottom of the hair and work your way up. Doing this will make it easier to comb and you won't be tearing out more of your hair because of tangles. Using is a brush is bad because your hair is very delicate while wet and brushing it can cause breakage.

Lice combing is an effective method for removing lice from both wet and dry hair. The fine-toothed comb can help to physically remove lice and their eggs from the hair shaft. Is combing your hair a push or a pull?

Here’s a concise and clear version of the hair-combing process to avoid tangles and minimize hair pulling: Start from the Tips: Begin combing your hair from the ends (tips) rather than starting at the roots. This prevents unnecessary pulling and damage. Work Gradually: If you have long hair or are combing it while wet, take it in sections. Grab a portion of hair near the tips and gradually work your way upward toward the roots. Comb in Sections: While holding the section a few inches above the tips, comb from the top of that section down to the tips. Ensure the comb glides smoothly through the hair. Repeat the Process: Move your hand position higher and repeat the same process, combing from the new point down to the tips. Continue until you reach the root of your hair. Be Gentle Around the Hairline: The hair around your forehead is delicate and prone to breakage. Be extra gentle when combing this area. Remember, patience and care are key to maintaining healthy, tangle-free hair. Hope this answers your question!
