If you feel you MUST use foundation there (b/c of dark circles, scars, etc.), keep the following tips in mind. 1.) Use as little as possible. Also, as a general rule, be sure you're using a foundation that is non-comedogenic (a fancy term for "doesn't clog your pores"). 3.) MOST IMPORTANTLY: use an under eye cream that is specially designed for that area - not an all over face moisturizer. The deal is, the eye area skin IS the most delicate skin on your face.
