Becoming swollen and sore after getting the piercing is usually common. What is uncommon is the stud sinking into your lip. You probably need to go back to the piercer and get a different type of jewelry.

Is it normal for your lip piercing to bleed heavy hours after getting it?

Were you playing with it? You might have irritated it and opened the wound pretty badly, causing it to bleed heavily, either that, or they used a piercing needle gauge fairly too large for your lip piercing. I've experience piercing people with a piercing needle that's 2 gauges bigger, (For example, a lip piercing is 16g, I've pierce it with a 12gauge once) and it didn't bleed too bad, it bled for about 5-10 minutes. It shouldnt be bleeding heavily at all. Especially not for hours after getting it pierced. Go see a doctor as soon as possible before you lose too much blood

How does piercing rejection start?

Generally rejection starts when you notice the tissue between the entry and exit points going from a normal flesh tone to a more pinkish tone. This can be due to jewellery that is ill fitting (generally too large or long for the piercing) causing stress on the actual tissue retaining the piercing. If you notice this tonal change in the skin, that's the time you should ask yourself if you want to keep the piercing or not. If you opt to loose the piercing or have it redone then remove the jewellery from the piercing and see your local professional body piercer for a second opinion. Sometimes changing the jewellery can revert a migration by minimizing the irritation longer or over sized jewellery can cause.

A large risk for any piercing, really, is that of infection. Also, due to placement, the piercing could easily get caught on something. If it is not un-caught, it could get ripped out. The placement could also cause it to be mroe painful or distracting.

Can you breathe through a nose piercing Like if you have a nose piercing and you take out the stud and plug your nostrils can you still breathe out of the little hole?

The hole from a nose piercing would not be large enough for you to take in a sufficient amount of air if you were to plug your nostrils. Air will flow through the piercing hole but you will still need your nostrils in order to take in enough oxygen.
