If you want to be able to put the jewellery back in you need to change the barbell to rings to maintain the piercings if they are under a year old. Over a year old your chances of loosing the piercings due to closure of the piercings isn't as great due to the piercing being more seasoned and toughened up.
getting an ear piercing has nothing to do with a knee surgery so you should be fine.
Yep. Swelling can be a problem if the bar is too short but its completely normal!
I would wait at least 2 weeks just to be sure your body is healing the piercing OK before you start subjecting the piercings to chemicals.
Absolutely! Just be careful with your towel, so it doesn't pull your earring, and clean your piercing after you step out.
As long as it's a light white/yellow color. If it's greenish/yellow then theres a high chance that its infected and you should go check with your piercer.
OK you mean to say "industrial piercing" this is a straight barbell through the outer ear cartilage in two locations on the ear. Right side left side makes no difference in the grand scheme of things and means nothing.
