Well I think that it is not OK for a twelve year old to wear make-up maybe just to special occasions. Maybe a simple lip-gloss or gel-mascara is fine I guess but the reason why not to wear too much is because twelves are just getting in puberty and getting their pimples and too much make up can give them more pimples and it can get them winkles when they are older they should rather wait for their skin to develop more.
