As long as it doesn't contain a medicine such as a topical steroid... it should be OK. If it does or if you are not sure, you may apply the cream, wait for 15 minutes, wash your hands and then it is OK.

i think you should get them out by putting your finger in hot water for 30 mins then get them twezer things and try to pull it out no matter how much it hurts
