I would encourage children ages10 to 15 to wear nail polish due to the fact that they are a constant expression of style and fashion sense plus the are a way to contiuously boost confidence and self esteem. I believe wearing nail polish cannot harm your health or academic standings but should not be reapplicated week after week of daily.
