Change the jewellery to captive bead rings and then wash them once a day with antibacterial liquid soap diluted with water in the shower. The rings will allow the piercings to breath and allow for proper rinsing and cleaning thus speeding the healing time. Your piercings are not pickles nor are they french fries, you're not trying to preserve them nor are you seasoning them, leave the salt in the cupboard and just wash them and rinse them and let them heal.

Can you use hydrogen peroxide on my hip piercing?

No. You should use sea salt with water to soak . Peroxide and alcohol both do the same thing. They kill EVERYTHING. Including what is trying to help the piercing heal. Sadly, hip piercings dont have a very long life bc of the friction in the area. If it starts to reject, no amount if sea salt soaks will help. Go to your piercer if you're really concerned.
