By staying outdoors for one hour or more and putting on sunscreen or sunblock every hours
The main difference between sunblock and sunscreen lies in their active ingredients and how they protect the skin from UV rays. Sunblock contains physical blockers like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide that sit on the skin's surface and reflect UV rays, providing immediate protection. In contrast, sunscreen typically contains chemical filters that absorb UV radiation and convert it into heat, which is then released from the skin. Both types are effective, but sunblock often offers broader-spectrum protection and is less likely to irritate sensitive skin.
ok clink on the camera guy press i dont have money then he gices a pic of u an sunblock
Sunscreen is generally better for the skin because it provides broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays, preventing skin damage and premature aging without causing tanning. Sunblock typically contains physical ingredients like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide that reflect UV rays, but it may not offer the same level of protection against the full spectrum of UV radiation as a well-formulated sunscreen. Additionally, sunscreen is often lighter and more suitable for daily use, allowing for better skin absorption and comfort.
A shop that has a skin care department or a pharmacy is a good place to buy a waterproof sunblock. A "water resistant", rather than "waterproof", sunscreen is a more accurate description when searching for one.
Sunscreen does not completely block UV rays, it merely reduces their effect, you can get a sunburn even while wearing sunblock. In addiiton it can be neuatralized or washed away by sweat, splashing water etc.
Sunscreens are like gel and cream. They are more popular. Chemicals found in sunscreens include PABA, Benzophenones, Cinnamates, and Salicylates. Sunblock gets UV rays and the sunblock reflects them. Chemicals in sunblocks include Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. reference http://beauty.about.com/od/summertanning/f/sunscreenblocks.htm
its always important to wear sunblock from 10am-4pm... a hat helps you to not get sunburnt on your hair. You should always reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours too.
