I did a lot of research to find the answer to this same question and while there seem to be several, the one that popped up the most were Almay, Proactive, Bare Minerals, and Neutrogena. Apparently, both Proactive and Neutrogena have come out with cosmetics designed for acne prone individuals. I do know the Neutrogena makeup is available in most stores but you will most likely have to order the Proactive one and the same goes for Bare Minerals.

There are many foundations that claim they are non comedogenic but some of them still enlargen pores creating blackheads. The best type of foundation for oily skin is one that is mineral based such as Bare Essentials. Mineral Based Make-up makes sure to enrich your skin while providing sufficient coverage. However if you are more into liquid foundations, a popular choice is the Revlon Colorstay foundation. It works to control oil levels in your skin while covering your flaws.

If you can, try not to use foundation at all and instead use a tinted moisturizer. I use a tinted moisturizer instead of a foundation and finds it works well for acne prone skin. Tinited moisturizers are not as heavy and give off a lotion like feel when you apply it. The brand I use is Laura Mercier's oil free tinted moisturizer with SPF 20. The only downfall of this product is that it doesn't provide as much coverage as foundation.
