It depends some people think it looks freaky if you dye your hair a dark color with pale skin but personally I think it looks beautiful.

I was adament on dying mine, although my friends who had dyed their hair warned me, and my parents warned me, i went ahead with it. Im sick of dying it, and im sick of it costing so much! Dye doesnt just ruin your hair, it makes it greasy and tacky-looking (like said above) also think of the money wasted! It could be put to such better use! If you still want to dye your hair, i reckon it depends on your face shape. If you have a long skinny pale face with very dark hair i think you look gaunt and old. But a heart shaped face really suits rich dark colours, whatever the skin tone. DO NOT dye your hair dark if you have a chubby round pale face. It looks sick and babyish.
