I recommend that you exfoliate twice a day only if you have severe acne and are attempting to clear it up...other than that I suggest once per day at the very most...you don't want to do it too much because it strips the protective sebum from your skin...
once the sebum has been removed there is no inherent protection to help your skin fight the germs that can cause problems...after you have exfoliated it is critical that you apply a protective carrier oil to the skin to help protect it against germs
For a DRY face: Morning- wash face (in shower or in sink) exfoliate face moisterize Night- wash face (in shower or sink) moisterize For an OILY face: Morning- wash face (in shower ir sink) exfoliate splash cold water on face (close pores) Night- wash face (shower/sink) moisterize (even if you have oily skin because it will reduce the appearance of pores) For a COMBONATION face: Morning- wash face (shower/sink) Night- wash face (shower/sink) exfoliate moisterize
Preferably in the morning
I think no you should do it in the night but i not safe in the night but it is the time when your to do it.
I would say morning because you can see
Something to consider as to how often one should exfoliate your face is how delicate your skin is. Generally you could exfoliate your face twice a week, yet if one has delicate skin, twice a week may be too often and could cause some irritation.
In the morning. Sleeping on the pillow may mat down the hair.
About twice a day, in the morning and at night.
exfoliate
the morning, because the fish oil, especially if it contains a lot of omega 3s, can give you lots of energy for the day.
Morning
Sugar scrubs are a good way to exfoliate.
Depends on how early in the morning or how late at night. But probably at night.
