No way! Dish soap is far too stronge for any skin on your body. Dish soap or any soap will strip any moisture from your skin leaving it dry and dehydrated. Use a natural cleanser which will balance your skins natural moisture level. Use a toner and moisturizer after cleansing.

RE: I thought that to. but if you think about it, some dish soap is made to support and not over dry your hands, it also kills bacteria and cuts grease. perfect for someone with bad acne. I have been washing my face with dish soap for a long time and it works so well. I only use it at night and always moisturize before bed. And my face is fine. however if your skin is very sensitive I wouldn't do it. and buy a gentle dish soap like ajax not dawn.
