No. But on July 19th a District court judge ruled that Revitalash is a drug and not a cosmetic. The ruling is from a civil case brought by Allergan the makers of Latisse. Generaly Latisse doesn't want to compete with over the counter cosmetics. Especially ones as effective and safe as RevitaLash. They have apealed the rluling and are about to start selling again, everywhere but California, the judge only has jurisdiction in California.
