What i use is not a chapstick but Neutrogena concentrated hand cream,norwegian formula, most supermarkets have it. i know it says hand cream but i have been using it for years and it leaves your lips unbelievably soft. if they are really chapped it will sting a bit but it is worth it. what i do is lather it on and wait till it soaks in most of the way and then coat with one of your favourite chapsticks, do this twice a day or untill your lips are soft and then just do it every few days, but use the chapstick everyday. if you don't know which chapstick to buy go with a middle range price one, not overly expensive and will still do the job, such as nivea repair and protect.
