If you have bought your eyelash tint kit from a store then it should have the basic instructions inside the packet, however eyelash tinting is very tricking to get right if you are doing it by yourself. My advice is to go to a salon and get a professional to tint them for you - despite the fact it can be quite costly the end result will be much prettier and safer than if you do it yourself. If you are set on doing it from a home kit then make sure you read the instructions fully - if there are no instructions in the box DON'T DO IT because if you get the tint in your eyes or use it wrong it could be dangerous. Also if you are doing it at home make sure you have a friend with you to help you if something goes wrong - if you get tint in your eye you wont be able to clean it out yourself ! Hope this help :)
A common safety concern for those looking into eyelash tinting is that the product used to tint the eyebrows is of a coal tar base which has been banned in the United States. It is best you contact the salon you're going be having the procedure done at and request the ingredients they use in order to see if you could possibly have an allergic reaction.
Common chemical ingredients used in eyelash tinting products include hydrogen peroxide, coal tar dyes, developer solutions such as sodium bromate or potassium persulfate, and stabilizers and preservatives like citric acid or phenoxyethanol. It is important to follow safety guidelines and conduct patch tests before using these products.

I would not recommend it. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE tint them. The chemicals can hurt you very badly. The first really popular eyelash dye was Lash-Lure and it killed someone, in addition to blinding many. The dye in Lash-Lure is used in all current eyelash dyes.
Its a semi permanent dye which is supposed to reduce the need for mascara. Its only really effective if your lashes are quite fair so you will notice the tint more. No real risks involved but you gotta have a tint test done at least 24 hours before your treatment incase your allergic to it. Hope that helps.
