But one thing you need to know is that when you want to grow your nails bitting them will not help. So, here a thought eat a healthy diet and stop bitting your nails, and they will grow but it takes time.

Don't bite your nails and eat iron, which makes your nails stronger. Put on clear nail polish (or a colored one) that says it will help strengthen your nails. Don't over wash your nails or else (i think) the enamel wears off.
