RAW, SPLAT, Manic Panic, Color Fiend, if you are really desperate you can use colored markers or Kool Aid(mind you, Kool Aid is usually red so you dont have much option there). Where I live most people use RAW and Color Fiend, I haven't heard many good reviews about SPLAT.
Here is a list in order of preferance:
1. RAW (also has good hair bleach)
2. Color Fiend
3. Manic Panic
4. SPLAT
