What color hair goes best with light brown skin?

Do a Dark Chocolate brown with either deep red low lights or a slightly lighter hightlights. For highlights go with reddish brown (not too red) or chestnut highlights. If you have long hair and long face go with the highlights. Make sure to get straight hair or get super thick highlights.

If you have dark brown eyes and light/medium complexion, i think the best colour is medium blonde with some warmth in to bring some colour to the skin, blending in your natural colour also. just having a boring colour on your hair is not going to highlight your best assets, so try and break up the colour by adding in 2 to 3 colours when having your hair done, it will give better coverage and the colour will be satisfying.
