i must say darling, that is one unique combo, but not bad. i have fair skin, green eyes, but black hair...almost like you. so i would suggest you wear duller colors since ur hair and eyes and skin is very bright. wearing dull yet charming colors like shades of brown, black, gray, ash, etc. this will even out everything. bu if you feel bad about wearing so unhappy colors all the time, then you can wear all color clothes except make sure the are not solid colors. ex) go for a tinted or frosted purple instead a bold solid purple. i know its really difficult but if you really want to..you should change ur hair color, or wear contact, or get a tan.
