That all depends on what hair colour you have, if you bleached it first or not, and/or how much of each dye you used. Supposing you did bleach your hair first, and you are using equal portions of each dye, the result would probably be antique ruby, or: purpley-red.
Burgundy is a dark red- complement of red is green so I would go with a green in the same shade.
