If its new, its probably still swollen. If it is new, don't try to turn it. That just introduces bacteria into the piercing which is obviously a bad idea.
Well I don't know how you did that, a ring wont fit in a monroe piercing. I think you have your piercing description screwed up try again.
Push it though....
You mean having a labret stud instead of a ring? Yes, it's still gonna swell because its the act of getting the piercing that causes the swelling. However, it probably wont swell as much as a ring because rings get hit more often so the piercing stays irritated longer.
Well the hard lump is due to the cleaning product you are using (more about that later). If you get down to your local piercing studio, the piercer can use an insertion taper to reopen the piercing and replace the ring. Yes the lump can be fixed by ceasing the use of whatever aftercare product you are using, irrigate the piercing twice a day with just water (in the shower works fine) dry the piercing and don't apply anything else to the piercing for a week (7 day period). The lump is a reaction called a hypertrophic reaction, this is a reaction to an irritant (in this case the healing agent you are using). Rinsing the piercing with water while rotating the ring will flush this out and the piercing will resume healing.
you just blow your nose like usual, just dont squeeze on your nose with the tissue like you usually do. Just takes some getting used to, but no, it wont bleed or cause damage. Just be gentle and cautious until its fully healed.
You go to a professional and get it pierced properly. And in the meantime, keep the area clean to avoid infection.
It hurts to get it done but you wont notice it after a week or two.
Unless the jewelry is embedded, no, it wont hurt.
Well considering what goes up your nose daily and the fact that you had a staph infection, I would suggest you consult your doctor to be sure you wont have any issues with the piercing. Your sinuses retain bacteria, mould spores, irritants and whole host of other airborne nasties so having had staph means your system won't be as strong as it was and may react poorly to the piercing. See your doc for advice.
Well chances are good that the piercing may not close, it depends on how long you had the piercing before the jewellery is removed. Most of my clients get the jewellery replaced with a PTFE barbell which is ultra flexible made of surgical Teflon they manage to keep the piercing right through to delivery with no problems. If you have had the piercing for over a year, chances are good the piercing wont closed but it will shrink without jewellery in the piercing. You can get the jewellery put back in by seeing your piercer and having them use an insertion taper to reinsert the jewellery.
If you got the piercing done at a professional body piercing studio there is no reason to remove it and removing it after just getting the piercing done would be the number one worst move to make. You should (if you choose to remove the jewellery) wait at least 24 ~ 48 hours after the piercing has been done, this way you wont bleed to badly. Now if the piercing was done by a hack and not at a professional studio, then I would consider getting a tetnus shot from the doctor and remove the jewellery in 24 ~ 48 hours.
After 3 years chances are good it wont close, the piercing will shrink but not close completely.
