Well you do one of two things, one go to your local professional body piercer and have him/her put it back in using and insertion taper or carefully try to reinsert the jewellery yourself. Ultimately if you don't have luck doing it yourself, get in to a piercing studio and have them do it for you (they may charge you a couple of bucks to do it to cover sterilization and studio time) but don't leave it for tomorrow, the piercing can shrink an you may lose the piercing (not to mention the money you spent to get it done in the first place).
