If you are willing to dish out the money, the Real Sword Type 56 is probably the highest quality AK style airsoft gun (although it is a Type 56, not an actual AK which means it has a closed ring front sight instead of the AK open ring). Other than that, most AK's are pretty good, although the cheap pot metal and imitation wood on the cheaper models are prone to breaking. There are other high quality AK's out there though, so look around.
