Boots no 7 is an anti-wrinkle cream that is made of a number of chemicals commonly used in similar beauty products; it is sold in many stores, so it is probably safe to use. But a better question is-- does it work? There is no real evidence it does. For example, you may see glowing comments on various sites praising it, but there is no way to know if these are real people or publicity from the company that makes it.

The truth is this: Beauty products like anti-wrinkle cream can fill in the wrinkles temporarily (many contain a substance called "collagen"), but they are basically selling you hope and magic. How many wrinkles you have is due to your age, your genes, and how well you took care of your skin in your younger years. These "anti-aging" creams are making claims that cannot be proved. No cream can reverse the aging process. If you want to buy this product, it won't hurt you, and you may find it makes you feel better psychologically; but it will mainly make money for the company that manufactures it, rather than getting rid of your wrinkles.
