I'm not entirley sure what that would be, but my advice would be to go to a dermatoligist. Good luck!

AwnserI too suffer from this but only from time to time and i noticed that during the summer they were at their worst but only when i was in the sun. But they do occur during winter and when i went to my GP they told me that it was eczema. see ur GP they can give u cream for it if this doesn't help then return to your doctor and they may then refer you to a dermatologist. AnswerIF theyre the same as what I have (and do tend to appear and disappear with the season changes) my dermatologist told me they were simply dry patches - he suggested (and I am now trying it, it doesnt work right away) not to shower with really hot water, use some kind of shower-gel that has moisture in it (dove 75%), dont dry yourself completely with the towel when youre done, leave your skin damp, and apply body lotion while the skin is still damp to `lock in` the moisture - good luck!
