Well, I use a eyebrow razor to thin out my hair and to cut my bangs it really gives the layered look.
Bangs may appear to grow slower than the rest of your hair due to their shorter length and the way they are styled. Hair growth rates are generally consistent across the scalp, but factors like hair texture, damage, and regular trims can affect the perception of growth. Additionally, if you frequently trim or style your bangs, it can give the impression that they are not growing as fast. Consider adjusting your hair care routine to promote healthier growth for your bangs.
Those bangs are often called long side-swept bangs. You could then describe the rest of your hair as straight, unless there is an added detail such as "without layers" or "straightened."
