Sunglitz is a brand of a product used for highlighting. It is ammonia free and works on canceling out unwanted tones. So if you wanted a warmer highlight shade you would use the warmer colors canceling out the cool tones. It is all based on the color wheel and what is opposite of the tone you are trying to achieve. Sunglitz peroxides are called sun energy and the powder lighteners are clay and milk based which are supposed to leave the hair in silky perfect condition.
Once the lightener is applied then various shades of brighteners which are like paints put on a pallet and brushed onto the hair these make variations in the final color producing a look of being in the sun. Natural highlights are not all one color this is why they do that.
In my personal experience I never had good luck with this product over multiple uses on the same head it did seem a bit drying. I much prefer to highlight with color which is way more predictable for the final result.
