Stuff you will need: Clear nail polish, Rainbow,Red,Blue,Gold, and Pink Glitter.

Just make a Paper Cone and add all the glitter into the nail Polish bottle. And eventually it will turn black! (trust me i've done this before. WARNINGS: And don't put too much of one color or it will turn out wrong And dont use very fine glitter ;D)
