no, it doesn't necessarily mean you smell. If you continuously sweat throughout the day, you could develop a light body odor depending on the amount of sweat. I recommend taking a shower after exercising or before your Day in the morning so you don't smell.. and wear deodorant to prevent the smell. hope i helped
