What you do is put any white eyeshadow or highlighter right under your brow bone

well generally you would use one 'lid color' which you apply all over your eyelid, one darker 'crease color' which you would apply on your outer lid in your eye crease, and then one lighter eyeshadow as a 'brow highlight' which you apply in the area under you brow
you still have to put it on your lids, outer and inner cornersand brow bone but just use a little more to cover the area but lightly. your eyes will stand out! (dont forget youe eye liner and mascara and curler!)
