No the just grow back normal and will eventually grow back to normal and you have to pluck them about every 5 to 6 months or some peoples grow faster than others but no they dont grow back spiky.
yes it is okay. no damage would be done. the only affect it will have is just like shaving the rest of your body it will grow back faster and darker. if that is not what you wish pluck or wax your eyes brows
To get rid of a mono-brow, you can consider methods like threading, waxing, or tweezing to shape and separate the eyebrows. It's best to see a professional at a salon or an esthetician to ensure eyebrows are properly groomed and shaped according to your facial structure. Maintaining regular grooming sessions will help prevent the uni-brow from reoccurring.
try using a pencil and drawing lines straight up from the corners of your eyes (where your eyebrow will start and end). then line the natural curve of your eyebrow and make sure you only pluck hairs outside your lines or you'll probably end up over-plucking. when I pluck my eyebrows I make sure to step back and look at myself between every few plucks to make sure I don't get caught up in plucking and take away too much hair. Good luck :)

Of course, that's why people pluck them, to stop hairs growing back where they don't want them to.
