Nail polish was first sold in stores in 1932!!!!!!Cool huh
You can get it a crush cosmetics. However they've sold out of half the line at this point.
Barry M is wkd,, it has good colours and is a really good look.. try bright colours for summer and metallic ones for parties and winter.. really good make.. would recommend to anyone.. OPI nail laquer stays on, doesnt clump, and goes on smooth. The colors are endless, and they are sold for a good price.
I think there is because you can write with your nail polish on your nail. Correction: Original answerer, you're incorrect. Most brands do not. The only brand I know of that does is Blackheart Beauty, the kind sold at Hot Topic in the skull shaped bottle. It makes marks simply because of the fact that it is an enamel.
You can try saddle soap, available wherever shoe polish is sold, or perhaps a commercial leather cleaner, often available in furniture stores.
Depending what type of nail dryer an individual wishes to buy they can be available anywhere make-up or nail supplies are sold. If seeking a UV light or air dryer for nails then they are available at stores like Sally Beauty Supply, Amazon, or Overstock. In addition there are sprays which can be purchased and most retailers that sell nail polish carries it.
There are a number of places where one can purchase China Glaze nail lacquer online. For example, one can purchase this product at Nail Polish Canada, Well, Sally Beauty Supply, and Nail Polish and More.
You don't. Problem 1: the most important chemical in nail polish is nitrocellulose. This is an explosive. It's made by mixing nitric acid (very dangerous) with cotton and waiting until it dissolves. The mixture produces heat (chemists call it an "exothermic reaction"), so you have to cool the nitrocellulose while it's forming. Problem 2: all the chemicals you need to make nail polish are sold in large quantities--a 55-gallon drum would be a small amount. and Problem 3: there are a lot of things you need to worry about when you make nail polish, like controlling the rate at which it dries so the surface won't get hard while the part touching your nails is still wet. If this happens--and it has happened to me--you can slide the polish right off your nails. You could buy a truckload of OPI clear polish, which is extremely good polish, for what it would cost you to make a gallon of bad nail polish at home. I'm all for making things yourself, but nail polish is not one of them. - - - - - Having said that, I then did a search for homemade nail polish. You'll find recipes, and ALL of them start with factory made nail polish. Apparently the idea of setting up a chemical plant in the backyard doesn't appeal.
