As the story is told, upon the night this creature known as the caca man, sneaks up your anus and you become cacafied. You don't notice and you don't control it, only he does. You're practically counted as a slave by him. You dont feel any pain at all, EXCEPT WHEN HE GOES UP YOUR BUT AND STRETCHES OUT UR BUTT HOLE. He comes out at night and stalks you and then you become CACAFIED!You may only see him once in your lifetime, but there is a possibility that he can be very attracted to your butt hole and would like to live there for a while. PS if he is attracted to your butt he will build a house all up in there.
