From a guys perspective don't shave your butt unless she asks you to and is willing to deal with the stuble. On the other hand just regularly shave it to prevent stuble just as you would your face. Better yet have laser hair removal done if it's that bothersome to you. I have to shave my legs twice a week and laser hair removal is the next junction for my legs. The cost far outweighs the time you'll spend shaving over the years and with the cost of razors.
