• You have hair almost over your entire body. They are just too small for most of them to be noticed. What is probably happening in your gluteal area is that the hairs are becoming thicker and so more noticeable.
• It is just like hair on your arm. It is for your sense of touch so you can feel hot and cold or if some one is touching it.
• It is also a sign of puberty.
• You could have a hormonal imbalance that makes you grow hair in weird places, go to an endocrinologist to test it out.
