yeah mines like that too .. pull the part surrounding the ball apart the ball will have 2 little dents in and it doesnt twist out it sorta pops out? its hard...i cant do mine :] apparently you an buy pliers to do it with .. im going back to where i got it pierced to get it changed. id go back to your piercer :]

Push the bead out sideways from the ring, roll the ring around and out of the piercing. If you can't get the bead out see your piercer and have them open it with ring expanding pliers.
