Before using any sort of product you need to wash the area with spots on with as hot water as you can take, then dry off WITHOUT USING COLD WATER, then once dry apply the product. With the second method use cold water before also......

1.)Best thing to do is, put some sudocrem on the area, with sudocrem a little goes a long way but put on generously over night so you can still see the white in a mirror, don't rub in and the within 1 or 2 days they should all be gone guaranteed.

If its the day time, put on some sudocrem and rub it in so you can't see it, this will make the spots look worse for about 30 seconds, after this is covers them up so you can barely see them and then gets rid of them at the same time...a miracle.

However, do not use this method for over about 8 months, if you do this it may begin to dry out your skin and then you will need to go and buy a moisturizer.

2.)Another great way if Sudocrem reacted with your skin or you don't have any, use toothpaste ( yes toothpaste) right before bed and leave a blob on over night, this is a great method but can be a little messy.

Hope this helps :-)
