Could be dehydrated, give plenty of water. if symptoms persist see your doctor.

Edit:

It is not recommended that babies under 6 months have water alone and from 6-12 months they should have limited (sips occasionally only) amounts of water. If baby is dehydrated then they should be breastfed or given formula Not Water.

If Baby is getting less breast milk because the Mom is dehydrated then the Mom should drink more water (you should be having more than the normal 8 glasses of water and other non-caffeinated beverages while breastfeeding. Recommendation is 13).
