Hello! YES, she can. I'm 0- my husband (of 12 years) is b+ . Both our kids are b+ also. (1 son, 1 daughter.) After the birth of our kids, I had to have an injection (which was painless) to counteract any blood crossings from me to baby. As my daughter is b+, she won't have this problem giving birth herself. ∙ 11y agoYes, there is no risk. The only time there might be cause for concern is when the girl has a negative blood type and the boy has a positive. The reason for this consideration is because if a girl has a negative blood type, and conceives a child from a partner with a positive blood type, her own body can attack the unborn baby as it senses the presence of antigens that don't exist in her own body. If the girl has a positive blood type there is no problem, because if she conceives a child with a negative blood type, there are no unwanted antigens to deal with.
However, in modern times, the mothers blood type is tested before the birth of her first child. If the mother is found to have a negative blood type, she will be given a preventative vaccination after the birth to prevent her body from building up antibodies that may attack her second child. So all up, if you love him, don't let the blood test stop you :)

If, by your question, you mean can someone with O negative blood type have children with someone with O positive blood type, the answer is yes. These two blood types are completely compatible for having children together with no problems or complications.

The only problem that I know of is if the woman gets pregnant and the baby is positive. She will then have to have a shot to reduce the risk of miscarriage. This is only to do with the negative and positive aspect. As far as O and B are concerned, I don't know of any complications.
