Hello! YES, she can. I'm 0- my husband (of 12 years) is b+ . Both our kids are b+ also. (1 son, 1 daughter.) After the birth of our kids, I had to have an injection (which was painless) to counteract any blood crossings from me to baby. As my daughter is b+, she won't have this problem giving birth herself. Hope this info. helps, Cheers, Dee. Melb.

Can B positive marry A positive?

Can an o negative girl marry b positive boy?

Yes, an O negative girl can marry a B positive boy without any blood compatibility issues. Blood type incompatibility typically only becomes a concern during pregnancy or blood transfusions, and in this case, there is no risk for either circumstance.

Can a B negative woman marry any blood group type?

Absolutely - blood type does not limit the potential spouses for anyone. However, a B- woman chooses to have children with a man with Rh positive blood of any type (AB, A, B or O), she needs to be careful and let her doctor know that she may be carrying an Rh+ baby even though she is Rh-. The doctor can explain the potential complications, as well as what the doctor can do to prevent or minimize the potential for those complications.

Different blood group can o positive blood group girls marry b positive blood group boys?

A woman from any blood group can produce children with a man from any blood group. IgG blood group antibodies can cause hemolytic disease of the newborn. One of the major advances of twentieth century medicine was the development of injectable Rho(D) immune globulin, which prevents hemolytic disease of the newborn.

What are the problems when o negative blood group women marry a 'b' positive blood group men?

The only problem that I know of is if the woman gets pregnant and the baby is positive. She will then have to have a shot to reduce the risk of miscarriage. This is only to do with the negative and positive aspect. As far as O and B are concerned, I don't know of any complications.
